The Caulfield Cup is held at Caulfield Racecourse and is a different outing from Melbourne Cup Day at Flemington. Select the actual venue address when requesting the estimate. If you are joining friends with several racing dates in their diary, check the event name and date together so a familiar carnival label does not send your group to the wrong course.
Work from the hospitality arrival window
Use the time your host asks you to arrive, allowing for entry checks and the walk from a permitted drop-off. Provide the function or enclosure name and any organiser instructions. Passengers joining from the south-eastern suburbs may need a different collection order from guests at CBD hotels. Ask for those stops to be assessed as one itinerary before confirming.

A return to the city, a suburban restaurant and a journey home require different routes. Include whichever you intend to use in the booking request. If the finish is uncertain, discuss a suitable hire arrangement rather than leaving a fixed transfer without a collection time.
