The 2026 venue changes the transport plan
The organiser confirms that the 2026 Cox Plate moves to Flemington while Moonee Valley Racecourse is redeveloped. An old booking, saved address or previous-year meeting instruction may therefore be wrong for this edition. Use the destination shown on your current ticket. Future editions must be checked separately; this guide does not assume the same location will apply every year.
Members, hospitality guests and general-admission visitors should provide the entry information associated with their booking. Tell DEVZ which area your party needs to reach, then agree a permitted drop-off that reflects the current traffic plan. Do not interpret a membership or dining entitlement as a vehicle-access permit. Allow for the final walk into the racecourse.
Reconfirm the collection location
If friends have attended Cox Plate at The Valley before, make sure everyone in the party has the updated return meeting details. Appoint one travelling contact and confirm whether the evening ends at home, a hotel or dinner. A return journey from Flemington should be priced and planned using that location, even when the event is still associated with Moonee Valley Racing Club.

Choose the vehicle and confirm the full fare
Compare Executive Sedan, Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV and Premium Van estimates in the instant quote calculator, without a login or contact details. Displayed fares include GST. Check passenger and luggage requirements before choosing a category; a specific model is not guaranteed.
Enter your actual addresses, date and time, then review the final fare and booking details. Additional stops, waiting and event-related requirements need to be included in the agreed itinerary. Book at least two hours ahead; availability is confirmed with the booking. For a chauffeur retained between activities, discuss hourly hire.
Before you book
Should I enter Moonee Valley for the 2026 Cox Plate quote?
No. The organiser lists Flemington as the 2026 venue. Use the correct Flemington destination and confirm the legal collection arrangement with DEVZ before booking.
Does an online estimate reserve a vehicle?
No. An estimate helps you compare the journey and vehicle options. Review and confirm the full booking; availability and the itinerary must be agreed.
