Name the function, not only Crown
Crown includes several hotels, restaurants and event spaces. For a Palladium booking, provide the function name and the entrance instructions supplied by your host. If your party is staying at a Crown hotel, identify that hotel separately from the event destination. The transport booking should distinguish accommodation, the function and any later collection location.
Coordinate formal arrivals without rushing guests
An awards evening may include registration, photographs or a reception before guests are seated. Use the invitation’s required arrival time when planning collection. Tell DEVZ about additional guests joining from other offices or hotels and any garments or presentation items travelling with you. Oversized items should be discussed rather than treated as ordinary passenger luggage.
Plan for speeches and the after-function journey
Formal programmes can run differently from the initial invitation. Agree an intended collection and discuss the approach to changes before confirming transport. If the group continues to another venue, provide its address and expected timing. A direct chauffeur transfer does not automatically cover an open-ended evening or unlimited waiting during an extended function.
