Hotel names can be similar across several locations. For an accurate starting point, select the full hotel name and street address from the suggestions. Enter the airport, home, office or venue at the other end of the journey. This gives the hotel transfer fare calculator a defined route to price.

You can request an airport-to-hotel quote for an arrival, a hotel-to-airport quote for a departure or private travel between your accommodation and another address. The direction matters because airport collection and a hotel collection have different requirements. Check each journey rather than assuming the return fare is identical.

For an airport collection, choose the actual airport on your itinerary. Add the flight number, passenger contact and luggage details in the booking form. Your chauffeur collection arrangements are confirmed for the booking; the hotel name alone does not identify where to meet at the airport.

Compare sedan, SUV and van category estimates for the travelling party and bags. If you are arriving with extra luggage, communicate that before selecting a category. The live estimate includes GST and applicable fare items, and the airport pick-up calculation includes its collection charge.

Confirm the hotel’s street address and collection entrance. Some properties use a driveway, valet area or a different door for vehicle pick-ups. Add any useful instructions to the booking notes and use a mobile number that the travelling passenger can access.

For a flight departure, choose a hotel pick-up time that allows for the journey and your airline’s check-in advice. The quote calculator does not decide when you should leave for your flight. Allow at least two hours’ notice when placing the booking.

A private hotel chauffeur quote can also cover an office, conference, restaurant, theatre or cruise terminal. For a single movement, use distance mode. If you need a chauffeur across several stops, consider hourly hire and share the full schedule when booking.
