Build the duration around the whole itinerary
Allow for collection, travel between stops, time at appointments and the final drop-off. Share the proposed order of locations when booking. A four-hour block and two separate one-way transfers are different arrangements, even if some of the addresses are the same.
The current hourly quote service includes 40 kilometres for each booked hour and permits stops during the booking period. The complete itinerary still needs to fit the agreed time and distance. Ask about additional kilometres or time before assuming a longer trip is covered by the initial estimate.

Compare hourly vehicle options
The chosen category affects the hourly chauffeur price. Executive Sedan, Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV and Premium Van have different estimates. Consider the passengers, bags and purpose of the trip alongside the fare, especially when several people are moving between appointments together.
The live quote includes GST and accounts for applicable booking, vehicle and airport collection items. Review its breakdown and the final amount before payment. A displayed category estimate does not confirm one specific make or model; discuss any essential vehicle requirement with DEVZ.

Confirm your pick-up and finish
Continue to the booking form after selecting a vehicle. Check the local pick-up date and time, selected hours, contact details and journey notes. At least two hours’ notice is required. Include your intended finishing location, not just the first meeting or stop.
If the itinerary changes or you need to extend the booking, contact DEVZ so availability and pricing can be confirmed. Reserved hourly time is not open-ended hire. Clear start and finish details help make the hourly private-driver estimate a useful basis for the actual booking.

Can I calculate a chauffeur-by-the-hour quote?
Yes. Select hourly mode, enter your collection address and required hours, then compare the vehicle estimates.
Can I choose half-hour increments?
The current online calculator accepts durations from one to 24 hours in half-hour increments. The final itinerary and availability still require confirmation.
Are multiple stops allowed?
The hourly quote service permits stops within the booking period. Share the full itinerary and check that it fits the reserved time and included distance.
Will the hours carry into the booking form?
Selecting a vehicle and continuing in the same browser carries the hourly quote details into the main booking process. Check them before payment.
