These figures are the guidance displayed by the DEVZ quote cards, not a guarantee that every combination of bag sizes, prams or equipment will fit. Check your actual load with DEVZ, particularly when using child seats or travelling with oversized items. A category does not guarantee a particular vehicle model.
What to tell us
A useful luggage list prevents guesswork.
Prams and child seats
Tell us the number of children and any seat requirement. Include whether the pram folds and how much space it needs. Confirm the arrangement before booking.
Oversized items
Give dimensions for golf bags, mobility aids, sports equipment or other bulky items. Ask DEVZ to confirm that the requested vehicle can accommodate the load.
Your route and your quote
Price the transfer you actually need.
Select your full destination address, travel date and passenger count in the calculator. Melbourne Airport is pre-filled and remains editable for your return journey. Compare the categories offered for the route, then select your vehicle to continue to the booking form with your quote carried across.
Tolls and parking for the booked journey are included upfront. Melbourne-area fares include GST; 10% GST is added elsewhere and shown in your final payable total. If your luggage or passenger list changes after booking, contact DEVZ to check the vehicle and agree any revised arrangement first.

How do I choose a vehicle for airport luggage?
Count passengers, large suitcases and small bags separately, then compare the guidance on the live quote cards. Confirm prams, child seats and oversized items with DEVZ before booking.
Does a larger vehicle guarantee that every item will fit?
No. Bag dimensions, bulky items and the seating arrangement affect the usable space. Give DEVZ the details of your actual load so the vehicle requirement can be confirmed.
Can I request a child seat or bring a pram?
Tell DEVZ about your child-seat requirement and pram, including its folded dimensions. The seat arrangement and vehicle space need to be confirmed before booking.
What if my group or luggage changes?
Contact DEVZ before travelling to check that the booked vehicle is still suitable and agree any revised vehicle arrangement and price first.
