Book for the session and ticket you hold
A grounds visit, an arena session and a hospitality invitation can have different arrival requirements. Give DEVZ the date, session and ticketed destination. Do not assume a ticket for one session provides access to every match or venue. Use the current Australian Open programme to set your arrival target, then allow time to walk into the precinct and complete entry checks.
Plan for visitors and their luggage
If the tennis is part of an interstate trip, consider travelling to the hotel before entering the grounds. Tell DEVZ about luggage and any children travelling so the vehicle request reflects the actual party. Bags allowed in a car may not be permitted inside a sporting venue. Check the organiser’s conditions and make separate storage arrangements where required.
Discuss the return before the first serve
Tennis does not give every spectator a predictable finish time. Decide whether you want a fixed departure or need to discuss another hire arrangement, and confirm how any change would be handled. A chauffeur is not automatically retained until the last point. If you have a flight after a session, explain the deadline early and avoid basing the plan on an assumed short match.

Before you book
Will the chauffeur wait until my match finishes?
Only if an appropriate arrangement has been requested and confirmed. A fixed transfer does not include unlimited waiting for an unpredictable match finish.
Does an online estimate reserve a vehicle?
No. An estimate helps you compare the journey and vehicle options. Review and confirm the full booking; availability and the itinerary must be agreed.
