Build a separate itinerary for each day
The confirmed 2027 Australian Grand Prix dates are 1–4 April, with a Sprint included in the programme. Check the organiser’s current schedule for the sessions you want to attend and do not reuse a previous year’s timetable. A Thursday visit, a hospitality day and Sunday race attendance can need different collection times and return arrangements. List each required journey by date.
Use the ticket gate and current access map
Albert Park event access can differ from normal travel through the area. Supply the gate or hospitality instructions associated with your ticket and agree a permitted vehicle arrival point. A chauffeur booking does not include circuit admission, paddock access or exemption from road closures. Leave time for the final walk and security checks after you leave the car.
Connect airport arrivals, hotels and evening functions
If flying into Melbourne, give the flight details and decide where luggage will be left before attending the circuit. A hotel check-in, corporate lunch and post-race dinner are separate stops and should appear in the itinerary. For several days of transport, discuss availability and any retained hire explicitly. An estimate for one transfer does not reserve the same chauffeur or vehicle across the entire race weekend.

Does private chauffeur hire provide access inside the F1 circuit?
No. DEVZ provides agreed transport using permitted access. Tickets, hospitality accreditation and restricted-area permissions are separate and must come from the event organiser.
Does an online estimate reserve a vehicle?
No. An estimate helps you compare the journey and vehicle options. Review and confirm the full booking; availability and the itinerary must be agreed.
