A club name alone does not identify every fixture. Use your ticket to confirm the team, competition, date and stadium, including whether you are attending a home match or another scheduled event. Share those details with DEVZ. A previously saved venue or a friend’s different fixture should not be the basis for the destination entered into the quote calculator.
Build the arrival around your group
If you are meeting supporters before the game, say whether the car should take you to that meeting address or directly to the stadium area. Include scarves, bags or family equipment when confirming space. For hospitality, use the host’s arrival instructions and start time. Venue entry conditions and the tickets remain your responsibility and are separate from transport.
Keep the return suitable for the match format
Your return plan should reflect whether you want to leave promptly or stay for post-match activity. Certain competition formats can involve extra play, so check the event information rather than assuming every match has identical timing. Give DEVZ a contact number and discuss any timing change as early as possible. Revised collection times require confirmation.
