Festival arrangements can change how nearby streets are used. Check the current road and access guidance and agree a legal stopping location with DEVZ. Do not expect a chauffeur vehicle to enter a closed pedestrian or event zone. If anyone needs to limit walking, discuss the requirement early and confirm available venue assistance separately.
Keep the group together for collection
Decide which performance marks the end of the outing and allow time to gather friends or family before walking to the car. One travelling contact should coordinate updates. If you plan to visit a restaurant afterwards, provide that address as the next destination. Return travel after a full festival day should have a confirmed passenger count rather than an assumption that everyone will leave independently.
