A Grand Final invitation can involve a breakfast, lunch or hospitality event away from the ground before the match itself. Give DEVZ the address and arrival time for each location. A transfer to the MCG will not automatically cover a separate function. Your host’s schedule is more useful for planning the first pickup than the match start alone.
Keep ticket arrangements independent of transport
Confirm your admission and gate before finalising the car itinerary. DEVZ provides private transport and does not supply AFL tickets, hospitality entitlements or special stadium access. If guests are arriving from interstate, allow a realistic gap between airport arrival, hotel check-in and the pre-match programme. Delayed flights and baggage collection can affect a tightly packed schedule.
Plan for the presentation and celebrations
If you want to stay for post-match proceedings, reflect that in your expected return collection. Do not assume the final siren is the moment your party will be at the car. Share any restaurant or evening function address and agree how changes will be communicated. Separate outbound and return requirements can be reviewed before booking, subject to vehicle availability.
