A race-day arrival in black and white
Victoria Derby Day opens the Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington. If your party is dressing for a hospitality reservation, allow time to gather everyone at the pickup address before travelling. Tell us whether hats, garment bags or a change of shoes will travel with you. Choosing a vehicle only by passenger count can leave too little room for the things that accompany a formal race-day outfit.
Use the entrance on your invitation
A restaurant, enclosure or general-admission ticket can have different entry instructions. Send the venue or enclosure name and the gate guidance supplied by the organiser. A chauffeur booking does not provide restricted vehicle access or admission. The final legal drop-off and meeting point must account for the race-day traffic plan; leave time to walk from the vehicle to the appropriate entrance.
Make the return part of the booking
Decide whether the whole party will leave together, whether some guests will continue to dinner and whether you need a direct transfer or a longer hire. A table reservation after the races is a separate destination, so include its address. If you intend to stay beyond the final race, use your own planned departure rather than assuming the last race is your collection time.

No. DEVZ supplies the agreed chauffeur journey. Buy the correct admission or hospitality ticket separately and check its gate, dress and entry conditions with the VRC.
