Check the ticket type before planning arrival
A Festival Hall event may involve different admission or seating arrangements. Read the ticket and show information rather than assuming the same format as a previous visit. If your party wants to arrive early for a general-admission performance, make that preference clear. Tell DEVZ the required arrival time and leave room for the walk from the vehicle and entry checks.
Avoid using a queue as a car meeting point
The entrance area can be busy around doors opening. A long queue is not a place where a vehicle can necessarily stop or wait. Agree a permitted drop-off with DEVZ and follow current venue instructions. If friends are arriving separately, nominate a place for the group to meet without requiring the chauffeur to remain in an unsuitable stopping position.
Plan any late-night stops before booking
After a show, you may want a direct trip home or a stop for food in the city. Supply the intended next address and the final destination before the fare is confirmed. If the party changes size for the return, state the revised passenger count too. A spontaneous extra journey should not be assumed to fit the time or vehicle allocation.
