A long-running production can have matinees and evening shows, so the production name alone does not identify your booking. Supply the calendar date, session time and theatre name. If you are travelling with guests who bought tickets separately, confirm that everyone holds the same performance. Choose an arrival target before curtain time rather than treating it as the vehicle drop-off time.
Consider the needs of the theatre party
Tell DEVZ if older relatives, children or guests with mobility needs are travelling. The venue handles accessible seating and theatre entry assistance; DEVZ must separately review the vehicle and transfer requirements. A special occasion may also include flowers, bags or other belongings. Mention them when deciding how much space your party needs.
Plan dinner and the journey home
If a meal follows the performance, book transport using the restaurant as the next destination and include the final trip home if required. Running times and intervals should be checked with the theatre, but still allow time to leave the building. A retained chauffeur arrangement is different from a simple return transfer and needs to be discussed before confirmation.
