A recital-centre visit should be planned from the actual performance information, including the room, start time and any pre-concert activity. Share those details with DEVZ and choose an arrival target that allows for entry and finding your seat. If you have several tickets across a festival or series, keep each date and session separate in the transport itinerary.
Include any restaurant or accommodation stop
Visitors may be travelling from a Southbank hotel, a suburban home or a dinner reservation. Specify the guest vehicle entrance for the pickup and tell DEVZ about any additional stop. If someone is checking out of accommodation, include their luggage in the vehicle brief. Venue cloakroom arrangements should be checked independently rather than assuming travel bags can be left there.
Allow the party to leave together
After a performance, some guests may stay for a conversation or need more time to move through the building. Set a collection plan that reflects those needs and the expected finish. Keep a travelling contact available when the group is ready. If an accessible route is required, coordinate the venue’s assistance and vehicle suitability before the day.
