Spring racing spans several dates and destinations. Melbourne Cup Carnival days at Flemington, the Caulfield Cup and the Geelong Cup should be entered as separate itineraries. The 2026 Cox Plate also uses Flemington while The Valley is redeveloped. Check current organiser information for every meeting rather than copying the venue from a previous year’s booking.
Compare the travelling parties across your racing calendar
A corporate group on Cup Day may differ from a family outing on Stakes Day. Record the passengers, belongings and pickup addresses for each date. Tell DEVZ about hats, garment bags, children and mobility requirements before choosing a category. Where several vehicles or a retained chauffeur are needed, request a full review instead of treating one estimate as a carnival-wide booking.
Plan each return around the actual occasion
A hospitality lunch, a full day of racing and a dinner afterwards have different finish points. List the return or onward addresses and decide who will coordinate the group. Agree how timing changes will be handled and check the current racecourse access instructions. Transport does not include admission, membership privileges or permission to drive into restricted areas.
