Moomba includes activities across the river precinct around Alexandra Gardens and Birrarung Marr. A broad request for the festival does not identify a practical arrival point. Decide which activity or area matters to your group, then check the current map and road arrangements. Give DEVZ that information when discussing where the vehicle can legally stop.
Prepare for a family day outdoors
Include every child in the passenger count and discuss restraints, prams and bags before confirming a vehicle. Think about how the equipment will be managed after leaving the car. A chauffeur booking does not include storage throughout the festival unless an arrangement has been expressly agreed. For guests with limited walking ability, review the organiser’s access information separately.
Make the return location easy for everyone
A long day can change how far children or older guests want to walk. Choose an identifiable collection arrangement and allow time to gather the party. If you are attending an evening programme, confirm the expected finish and transport availability in advance. Follow the current event traffic plan rather than relying on a pickup location remembered from a previous year.
