Make the theatre, not just the production, explicit
Touring shows and familiar production titles can lead to old venue assumptions. Read the theatre name on your current ticket and use Regent Theatre in the booking request. If your party also has a ballroom or dining invitation, supply that venue’s exact name separately. A ticket to one event does not establish the entrance or timing for another function nearby.
Build time around a formal evening
For a birthday, anniversary or client-hosting night, the itinerary may include a hotel, dinner and the theatre. Put those stops in the order you intend to visit them and provide reservation times. Tell DEVZ which arrival is least flexible. The plan can then be reviewed before confirmation instead of relying on a last-minute change when dinner runs late.
Choose an unambiguous collection after the show
Allow time to leave your seats and reach the agreed permitted meeting point. If you need a shorter walk, discuss it in advance and check the venue’s accessibility guidance. Keep the travelling contact available after the final curtain. The chauffeur cannot assume a reserved kerbside space or unrestricted access simply because you have a theatre booking.

Will the car wait during the performance?
Only if an appropriate hire arrangement has been requested and confirmed. A booked outward and return transfer does not automatically retain the same vehicle throughout the show.
