Prepare for the outdoor setting
The Sidney Myer Music Bowl is an outdoor venue in Kings Domain. Tell DEVZ about the belongings you intend to carry and check the event’s rules before packing. Lawn seating, weather protection and permitted personal items can vary by show. Transport space and venue admission rules are separate questions; a vehicle with room for an item does not mean the venue allows it.
Consider the walk from the vehicle
The journey is to a permitted arrival point near the venue, not automatically to your seat or lawn position. Check the official access information, particularly if someone has a mobility requirement. Tell DEVZ about walking-distance concerns before confirming the car. Venue assistance needs to be arranged with the operator and should not be assumed from the chauffeur booking alone.
Make the after-dark meeting simple
Choose a clear meeting instruction that everyone can recognise when leaving the park setting. Keep the group together and use one contact number for the chauffeur. Include time to gather belongings after the performance. If the weather changes your plans, contact DEVZ promptly and obtain confirmation before assuming the collection time or location has changed.
Details to have ready

Choose the vehicle and confirm the full fare
Compare Executive Sedan, Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV and Premium Van estimates in the instant quote calculator, without a login or contact details. Displayed fares include GST. Check passenger and luggage requirements before choosing a category; a specific model is not guaranteed.
Enter your actual addresses, date and time, then review the final fare and booking details. Additional stops, waiting and event-related requirements need to be included in the agreed itinerary. Book at least two hours ahead; availability is confirmed with the booking. For a chauffeur retained between activities, discuss hourly hire.
Before you book
Will the chauffeur drive into the concert grounds?
Do not assume internal access. DEVZ will agree a lawful drop-off and collection arrangement based on the current event instructions.
Does an online estimate reserve a vehicle?
No. An estimate helps you compare the journey and vehicle options. Review and confirm the full booking; availability and the itinerary must be agreed.
