Give DEVZ the event title, doors or session time and the entrance on your ticket. If the group intends to meet someone before entering, identify that separate meeting address instead of leaving it as an unscheduled stop.
Account for family equipment and seating needs
For a family outing, count every child and explain any restraint, pram or mobility-aid requirement before selecting the vehicle. Check the arena’s own conditions for bringing items inside. DEVZ needs to review the transport requirements, while the venue handles seating and on-site assistance. Do not assume either arrangement automatically supplies the other.
Confirm the exit-to-car connection
A close game, performance encore or presentation may change when your party leaves the seating area. Allow time to walk to a permitted collection location and keep the travelling contact available. If attending with another household, decide whether everyone leaves together. A single return booking should have an agreed passenger list and route rather than several independent departure expectations.
