Melbourne Airport and Essendon Fields are different airports
Check the airport name on your flight or operator confirmation. Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine and Essendon Fields are separate locations. Selecting the wrong airport changes the journey and meeting arrangement, even when both are described informally as being near Essendon.
For an ordinary Melbourne Airport transfer, use the terminal or airport address relevant to your flight and your exact Essendon destination. If you are arranging private aviation at Essendon Fields, discuss the operator or terminal meeting point with DEVZ instead of reusing Tullamarine collection instructions.
Home, office or visitor collection
A home pickup should include a complete street address and any practical access instructions. For an office or accommodation collection, add the building name and the entrance where the passenger will wait. Keep luggage ready before the agreed pickup, especially for early departures.
Travel to a business or shopping location in Essendon Fields should use that destination’s address rather than the airport name alone. For example, Visit Victoria lists DFO Essendon in Essendon Fields; it is a visitor destination, not a substitute for a flight terminal meeting point.
Quote the complete transfer
A relatively local airport journey still needs a vehicle matched to passengers and luggage. Select Executive Sedan, Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV or Premium Van and review the live estimate. Do not calculate an assumed fare from distance alone: the quote service accounts for the applicable journey components.
If your group needs collections in nearby streets or an onward city trip, include these details before booking. Airport pickups include one hour of complimentary waiting; confirm how the waiting allowance applies to your arrival and what happens if additional time is needed.
What to check in your airport quote
The live estimate uses your selected addresses and vehicle. Displayed fares include GST. Check the final breakdown for tolls, airport pickup and other applicable charges; no price on this page replaces the live quote. Melbourne Airport pickups include one hour of complimentary waiting. Confirm the waiting terms and any extra stops when booking.
