The Melbourne Marathon Festival has separate event information, and the marathon itself is listed for Sunday 11 October 2026. Check the start location and reporting time for the distance you entered. The finish precinct is not automatically the right outward destination. Send DEVZ the participant guidance and distinguish runner transport from a spectator’s trip to watch the event.
Plan around road closures, not through them
An early collection still needs a route that respects event restrictions. Use the organiser’s current road and access information when discussing a lawful arrival point. Leave time to walk to the start and complete your own preparations. A chauffeur booking cannot promise access across a closed course or an exact kerbside drop-off beside the starting line.
Make recovery time part of the return
An estimated running time is not an exact car collection time. Allow for reaching the finish area, collecting belongings, meeting supporters and being ready to travel. Discuss the intended return and how changes would be handled before booking. Tell DEVZ about extra bags or recovery equipment and agree how any belongings will be carried; continuous storage is not automatically included.

No. An estimate helps you compare the journey and vehicle options. Review and confirm the full booking; availability and the itinerary must be agreed.
